Be it Yabe or ebay, after the last scandals and lawsuits (on behalf of LV for selling counterfeited items and buying mispelled versions of the brand's name) the question is how to keep on trusting the auction website ? should private consumer associations create watching entities or shall consumers ask for stronger garanties... think tank about it ;)
